Half bridge to get off wedge

hold for 10 seconds

* For excessively stiff spines, laying on the wedge may be initially uncomfortable. If you experience this, bridge off the wedge every minute (holding for 3 seconds each time) during the 10 minute duration. As your spine becomes more flexible, laying on the wedge becomes increasingly more comfortable
